Beyond the eight practices, Centuric runs two commerce storefronts — one for IT hardware and on-prem software, one for Microsoft licenses and cloud subscriptions. You can buy through either without an active managed-service engagement, but our customers usually do.

Several of the practices have real AI components — Ruckus AIOps for wireless, SOTI XSight for mobility, AI voice agents for the call platform. Others (low-voltage, RFID hardware) are traditional engineering and infrastructure work where AI claims would be over-promising.
